I want to thank you for your continued and valued custom. These are unprecedented times and I wanted to assure you that we, at CanTrack Global are fully prepared for any disruption that COVID-19 may present.

Customers of our GPS and Protect services will see absolutely no disruption to the existing high-quality service we have always provided. Our in-house Investigations Unit will locate and secure your assets within the UK and ROI. In a slight change (due to travel restrictions beyond our control), where an asset has been moved away from the British Isles, we will work with IAATI, Interpol and local LEO’S wherever possible to recover your asset.

One issue that has affected us is the supply of new GPS units. Our units are manufactured in China where factories temporarily closed and, as a result, production lines suffered. In line with this, we have limited in-house stock levels of GPS units available for immediate delivery. Your Customer Relationship Manager can advise you on delivery times of newly ordered units.

Rest assured, the CanTrack office in Milton Keynes continues to be fully operational with many of our colleagues already working seamlessly and effectively from home.

Throughout these trying times, please do everything you can to ensure you, your family and colleagues stay safe whilst looking out for others. COVID-19 NHS guidelines can be found on the 111 website.
